MSc in Global HRM


The EAMU MSc in Global HR management focuses on the cross cultural and legal challenges facing today’s human resource managers in managing a global workforce that cut across national boundaries. Students will address the key HR issues facing the local talent and labour environment and compare with global best practices to develop feasible HR strategies.  

Consisting of 9 teaching modules and a final dissertation, students can complete the program within 15 months or 18 months if more time is needed. For a student to specialise in the field of study, he/she is expected to attempt 4 specialised modules which include the dissertation/project.

Specialised modules – Managing People in Organisations*; Leadership and Power; Performance Management; Organisational Behaviour (Choose 3)
