EAMU partnered with Amret and AIR Clinic to host a health talk equipping students and staff with practical tools for managing stress and building mental resilience.
East Asia Management University (EAMU) was pleased to welcome the Amret Health Talk: Stress Management & Mental Resilience to its campus, an initiative organized in partnership with Amret and AIR Clinic to support the wellbeing of the university community. The session brought together EAMU students, faculty, and staff for an engaging conversation on the everyday pressures of academic and professional life, and practical strategies for navigating them.

Held in EAMU's main auditorium, the talk featured a guest speaker who walked attendees through the science of stress, its impact on both mental and physical health, and evidence-based techniques for building resilience. Students and staff listened attentively and took part in an open discussion, with many taking notes from the accompanying materials provided by the organizers.

The event also drew university leadership and representatives from partner organizations, reflecting the shared commitment between EAMU, Amret, and AIR Clinic to promoting holistic wellbeing alongside academic and professional development. Their presence underscored the importance EAMU places on partnerships that extend learning beyond the classroom and into practical, real-world skills for a healthy and balanced life.

Sessions like this reaffirm EAMU's dedication to nurturing not only the academic growth of its students but also their mental and emotional wellbeing. By offering access to expert guidance on stress management and resilience, EAMU continues to prepare its community to thrive both in their studies and in their future careers.
