A group of EAMU students successfully completed Rosewood Phnom Penh's Discovery Day orientation program, marking the start of their internship journey at the luxury hotel.

A group of East Asia Management University (EAMU) students has successfully completed the Rosewood Phnom Penh Discovery Day Program, an orientation training designed to prepare them for their upcoming internship at the five-star hotel. The program gave students their first immersive look into Rosewood's culture, standards, and service philosophy before they step into their roles as full-time interns.

Held at Rosewood Phnom Penh, the Discovery Day introduced students to the property's operations and the values that define the Rosewood brand, encapsulated in the program's own words: "You're here to make Rosewood what it is." Each participating student received a Certificate of Completion, presented individually by Rosewood management, recognizing their readiness to begin the next stage of their hospitality journey.

The initiative reflects the strength of EAMU's growing partnership with Rosewood Phnom Penh, which continues to open doors for students to gain hands-on experience in one of Cambodia's most prestigious hospitality environments. By completing this orientation, students are equipped not only with practical knowledge of hotel operations but also with a clear understanding of the professionalism and service excellence expected of them as they transition from classroom learning to real-world practice.

EAMU congratulates all students who completed the program and looks forward to following their progress as they begin their internship at Rosewood Phnom Penh, confident that this experience will strengthen their skills and career readiness in the hospitality industry.
