v Marketing and Sales (MS) Manager
The Marketing & Sales (MS) Manager is responsible for driving student enrollments through strategic sales, marketing, and outreach initiatives. The role involves planning and executing campaigns to promote the university’s brand, programs, partnerships, events and values, while building strong relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, industry and university partners, and the EAMU community.
Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Enrollment – Local and International students
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve student enrollment targets for both local and international markets.
• Manage the admissions funnel: lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and follow-up.
• Establish partnerships with schools, colleges, training centers, and education agents (local and overseas).
• Organize open houses, info sessions, career fairs, and school visits.
2. Marketing & Promotion
• Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, PR) for both internal and external.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral (brochures, videos, prospectus, website).
• Manage digital presence: website, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
3. Relationship Management
• Manage and lead both Sales enrollment and Marketing teams to work collectively as one entity to carry out the marketing initiatives to achieve the S&M objectives.
• Coordinate with the other departments and personnel for a seamless execution of the various marketing and sales activities.
• Maintain and expand the university’s network of schools, agents, and overseas educational institutions for enrollment purpose.
• Strengthen engagements with schools and parent with promotional activities.
4. Market Research & Strategy
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and student demands.
• Recommend program positioning and pricing strategies.
• Provide insights on new markets, target segments, and enrollment opportunities.
5. Team & Performance Management
• Lead and train student admissions and marketing staff to deliver on KPIs.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and campaign ROI.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management.
Job Specification requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, higher education marketing, or service-sector sales.
• Strong knowledge of higher education landscape, student decision-making processes, and recruitment channels.
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and CRM systems.
• Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

A reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to
manage the full spectrum of accounting functions for our university. This role
is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely
reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting
management in financial decision-making. The ideal candidate is hands-on,
independent, and capable of managing all accounting operations with minimal
supervision.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Handle
the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation). - Maintain
accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Process
supplier invoices, staff claims, payments, and fee collections. - Prepare
monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Generate
management reports, cash-flow statements, and budget comparisons. - Assist
in year-end financial closing with our Tax agency.
3. Tax & Compliance
- Prepare
and file GST/VAT and other returns. - Handle
corporate tax documentation, liaise with tax agents, and ensure timely
submission. - Ensure
compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.
4. Payroll & HR-related Accounting
- Process
monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and generate payslips. - Maintain
employee expense claims and leave records.
5. Banking & Cash Management
- Monitor
cash flow and maintain proper cash management. - Perform
bank reconciliations and handle banking transactions.
6. Audit & Liaison
- Coordinate
with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies. - Prepare
audit schedules and support annual audit processes.
7. Administrative Support

Assist with basic office administration and
documentation.
- Support management with ad-hoc
financial tasks and analysis.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Accounting or related professional
qualification e.g. ACCA
· Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience handling full
sets of accounts.
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,
MYOB, SQL, etc.).
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and
bookkeeping practices.
· Must be proficient in both Khmer and English to translate
official documents.
· Possess good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
· Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability
to meet deadlines.
· Highly organised and able to work independently in a
small-team environment.

· Identify, engage, and onboard industry partners to provide students with working exposure opportunities such as internships, work placement, industry projects, job shadowing, and site visits.
· Collaborate with academic and student services teams to align industry partnerships with curriculum and career development objectives.
· Act as the primary point of contact for industry partners, ensuring smooth coordination and long-term engagement.

Sponsorships & Resource Development
· Develop and execute strategies to solicit sponsorships for scholarships, student programs, events, facilities and institutional initiatives.

Relationship Management & Engagement

· Organize joint partner engagement activities such as networking events, appreciation sessions, career fairs and industry forums.
Collaboration & Reporting
· Work with Associations, Chambers and Embassies and NGOs to create training and networking opportunities and enhance the university status among them.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate partnership activities and maximize impact for students.
