Executive Director, Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR)

With over 20 years of experience in advocacy and NGO leadership, Dr. Sovathana is widely recognized for his work on land rights, natural resource governance, and indigenous communities in Cambodia. His session will offer critical perspectives and first-hand experience from decades of work on the front lines of human rights.
