East Asia Management University (EAMU) proudly marked a significant milestone on 4 July 2024, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hun Sen Kampong Cham High School – New Generation School (NGS).
📅 Date: 4 July 2024
📍 Location: Hun Sen Kampong Cham High School – New Generation School (NGS)

This partnership is built on a shared mission: to support high-performing Cambodian students in accessing international-quality higher education, provided by EAMU — a Singapore-backed university operating in Phnom Penh.

We were especially honored by the presence of Mr. Kurt Bredenberg, Senior Technical Advisor at KAPE, who graciously witnessed the signing ceremony. As a pioneering figure in Cambodia’s education sector, Mr. Bredenberg has been instrumental in the development of the NGS model in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). His presence added significance and credibility to this event.

Highlights of the MOU Collaboration:
  • Commitment to long-term cooperation in education and student development

  • Special access for NGS students to EAMU’s academic programs

  • Exclusive scholarship opportunities ranging from 50% to 100% of tuition fees for the full 4-year degree

  • English Proficiency Testing conducted for students on the same day to assess eligibility

This MOU signifies not just a formal agreement but a shared vision for elevating the standard of education and empowering Cambodia’s youth to pursue global opportunities.

We look forward to deepening this collaboration and creating pathways for future leaders to thrive through quality international education.
